My services run the gamut from simple static small business websites to large dynamic web applications. My Computer Science in Engineering degree coupled with five years in the web marketing business, working with a powerhouse of designers, developers, and directors has left me hungry to leave my mark. Craving the ability to choose my own projects and clients, and provide the best web marketing and development services possible has become my ultimate goal. It’s my name, William H. Harle Jr., and my business, 90 Percent Gravity LLC, on the line. I will go the extra mile, if not fifteen, if it means delivering every client the web work they need.

The Process

I will work with you to determine what is necessary to fulfill and exceed your web expectations. I will take this information and create a detailed, itemized quote on the work. We can see from there what direction to go in based on priority, budget, and time. Once we have determined the first stage of work, we will set up milestone dates, and have check-ins to make sure what is being created matches the needs expressed and everything is moving smoothly. When all is done, you will be left with a website or application that meets all the requirements agreed to in the quote. I also offer easy and affordable web hosting solutions and server management to give you the ease of mind that the guy who built your site will also be there to help with changes, enhancements, or to fix things if something goes wrong.
